About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist event participants with registration, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and general program information
  • Process event registrations, donations, sponsorships, and other transactions accurately using internal systems and CRM software
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, interactions, and transaction histories within the CRM database
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing positive, solution-focused support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless event operations
  • Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality
  • Support customer service initiatives, special projects, and administrative tasks assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or administrative support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a collaborative team-player mindset
