About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from event participants, donors, and sponsors
- Provide information regarding event registration, fundraising campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities
- Process registrations, donations, and transactions accurately using internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM
- Assist in executing customer service strategies to enhance the overall experience
- Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to management
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy and patience
