About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support general billing inquiries and strengthen customer relationships
  • Access customer records to verify account information
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Place follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use customer databases and technical applications to determine root causes
  • Interact with client departments regarding escalations
  • Schedule technician visits when necessary

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in direct client contact or technical support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM applications preferred
  • Home office setup: 2.0 Ghz Dual Core processor, 2GB+ RAM, 10GB hard drive space, and high-speed internet
  • Noise cancelling microphone and dual ear headset
