About the role
Responsibilities
- Support general billing inquiries and strengthen customer relationships
- Access customer records to verify account information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Place follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use customer databases and technical applications to determine root causes
- Interact with client departments regarding escalations
- Schedule technician visits when necessary
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in direct client contact or technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-diagnosis and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
- Home office setup: 2.0 Ghz Dual Core processor, 2GB+ RAM, 10GB hard drive space, and high-speed internet
- Noise cancelling microphone and dual ear headset
