About the role
Responsibilities
- Support general billing inquiries and strengthen customer relationships
- Access customer records to verify account information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Place follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use customer databases and technical applications to determine root causes
- Interact with client departments regarding escalations
- Schedule technician visits when necessary
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in direct client contact or technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-diagnosis and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
- Home office hardware: 2.0 Ghz Dual Core processor, 2GB+ RAM, 10GB hard drive space, and Windows 7/8/8.1
- High-speed internet (1 Mbps upload / 15 Mbps download)
- Noise-cancelling microphone and dual ear headset
