Responsibilities
- Support general billing inquiries and verify customer account information
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and place follow-up calls
- Access customer databases and technical resources to diagnose issues and determine resolutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate issues and schedule technician visits when needed
- Attend job-related training sessions for new products, services, and refresher courses
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Direct client contact technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task across several applications
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
- Reliable home office setup including: 2.0 GHz Dual Core or better processor, 2 GB RAM, 10 GB available hard drive space, Windows 7/8/8.1, internet speeds of 1 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download, dual-ear headset with noise-cancelling microphone
