About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for consumers

- Process payments and perform general account maintenance
- Encourage upselling of new products or services
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient reading skills
- Multi-tasking skills using several applications
- Basic PC keyboarding skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Experience working with CRM applications
- Prior customer service experience
