Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping in a safe and timely manner
• Deliver products to customers using company vans or pick-up trucks
• Load and unload products from deliveries and manage stockroom organization
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, processing sales transactions via POS
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures and participate in physical inventory processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and complete required safety training

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Legal authorization to work in the US without needing sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• One or more years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
