About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, and labeling
- Deliver products to customers using company vans or pick-up trucks
- Load and unload products from deliveries and manage stockroom organization
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed
- Comply with inventory control procedures and safety training requirements
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work scheduled hours in a part-time capacity
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- One or more years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales
