About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical laboratories to scope work for proposals and prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP compendial testing
- Act as a liaison between clients and Microbiology and Chemistry departments to ensure high-quality, on-time service delivery
- Develop and present technical solutions to clients using knowledge of chemistry and microbiology
- Manage client information, RFPs, and quotations within Salesforce and PandaDoc
- Update clients on testing delays and provide routine turnaround time communications
- Comply with regulatory requirements including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma laboratory testing and cGMP environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- English fluency at C1 level
- Experience with Salesforce or PandaDoc is desirable
