About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and technical laboratories to scope work for proposals and prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP compendial testing
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Microbiology and Chemistry departments to ensure high-quality, on-time service delivery
  • Develop and present technical solutions to clients using knowledge of chemistry and microbiology
  • Manage client information, RFPs, and quotations within Salesforce and PandaDoc
  • Update clients on testing delays and provide routine turnaround time communications
  • Comply with regulatory requirements including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma laboratory testing and cGMP environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • English fluency at C1 level
  • Experience with Salesforce or PandaDoc is desirable
