About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate quotes in accordance with SGS standards
- Manage and resolve customer incidents, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance regarding payment terms and credit requests
- Assist in new client onboarding and documentation verification
- Input quotation and product data into LIMS, CRM, and other systems
- Perform market research, lead generation, and competitor website reviews
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and clients
Requirements
- Professional degree in a related science field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- English proficiency level B2 or higher
