About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate quotes in accordance with SGS standards
  • Manage and resolve customer incidents, complaints, and requests
  • Coordinate with Sales and Finance regarding payment terms and credit requests
  • Assist in new client onboarding and documentation verification
  • Input quotation and product data into LIMS, CRM, and other systems
  • Perform market research, lead generation, and competitor website reviews
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and clients

Requirements

  • Professional degree in a related science field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • English proficiency level B2 or higher
