Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding active trading, portfolio management, and tax questions via phone and email
• Process inquiries independently and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments or escalate inquiries to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Identify potential for improvement and proactively support service enhancements
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge regarding financial products

Requirements

• Experience in customer contact, ideally at least one year in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance
• Strong interest in capital markets, trading, savings plans, and security transfers
• Willingness to become an expert in German capital gains tax, withholding tax, and corporate actions
• Customer-oriented, team-oriented, and detail-oriented working style
• Positive, solution-oriented communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1)
• Good English language skills (minimum B2)
