Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic
• Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out processes
• Serve as a receptionist and cashier to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Handle appointment reminders, answer patient questions, and manage complaints
• Support a team-based care environment to promote patient self-management and efficacy

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work under stress and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and implement complex policies

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of front desk or customer service experience in a medical setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
• Previous clerical office experience
• Familiarity with medical or dental terminology
