Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression and welcome patients to the clinic
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs for various appointment types
• Serve as a greeter, front desk receptionist, or cashier as needed
• Handle reminder calls, answer patient questions, and manage complaints
• Support patients and families through a team-based care approach
• Maintain accurate records using electronic health record-keeping systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work under stress and follow complex policies and procedures
• Professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of front desk or customer service experience in a medical setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• One year of clerical office experience
• Familiarity with medical or dental terminology
