Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression and provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
• Act as a greeter, front desk receptionist, and/or cashier in a team-based medical setting
• Check patients in and out for all appointment types
• Manage patient questions, reminder calls, and complaints to ensure a positive experience
• Implement complex policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Strong communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills
• Ability to work under stress and solve problems effectively
• Ability to work evening or weekend hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• One year of front desk or customer service experience in a medical setting
• Clerical office experience
• Familiarity with medical or dental terminology
