About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle various customer and driver inquiries via instant messaging, email, and phone
- Resolve inquiries and complaints following standard company procedures
- Provide user feedback to relevant departments to help optimize service processes
- Perform accurate data entry into the backend system regarding customer service interactions and related metrics
- Identify complex cases and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors
Requirements
- Optimistic, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with a polite attitude
- Strong emotional management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on a shift schedule including weekends and public holidays (shifts between 08:00–21:00)
- Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 31,000 to 35,000 TWD, depending on ability
