Responsibilities

  • Handle various customer and driver inquiries via instant messaging, email, and phone
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints following standard company procedures
  • Provide user feedback to relevant departments to help optimize service processes
  • Perform accurate data entry into the backend system regarding customer service interactions and related metrics
  • Identify complex cases and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors

Requirements

  • Optimistic, proactive, and enthusiastic personality with a polite attitude
  • Strong emotional management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on a shift schedule including weekends and public holidays (shifts between 08:00–21:00)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
