Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to corporate clients, individual customers, and partner drivers via Live Chat
• Handle and investigate customer concerns to provide effective solutions
• Attend to inquiries, educate customers, and ensure first contact resolution
• Interact regularly with Driver Operations and Finance teams
• Record detailed information regarding inquiries, comments, or complaints
• Support users and drivers by answering questions in a proactive, clear, and efficient manner

Requirements

• Proficient and confident in both written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings and public holidays
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and instant messaging
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and multitask effectively
• Positive, customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, a contact center, or a BPO environment
