Customer Service Associate III

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to complex insurance inquiries, including policy and billing questions, via inbound and outbound communications
• Process changes to customer policies accurately and identify opportunities for cross-selling
• Input and track customer information and requests into appropriate databases
• Explain customer documentation clearly and provide necessary follow-up instructions
• Resolve routine and unique service concerns to ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on new marketing campaigns and resource tools to respond to inquiries effectively

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
• Working knowledge of insurance policies, processes, and procedures
• Proficiency in database management and customer data handling
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
