About the role
Responsibilities
- Review virtual images and documentation received from vendors to assess property claims.
- Accurately identify and update relevant data fields and inputs within company tools and systems.
- Differentiate between various structures and materials used in the exterior and interior of homes and surrounding dwellings.
- Capture relevant details from documentation to create pre-filled templates for downstream teams.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy to reduce re-work and increase straight-through processing.
- Return claims for additional information when data is insufficient.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-1.5 years of professional experience.
- Understanding of home structures and materials.
