Customer Service Associate III

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to complex insurance inquiries, including policy changes and billing concerns.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers via phone and other channels.
• Input and track customer information and requests accurately into appropriate databases.
• Explain customer documentation clearly and provide necessary follow-up instructions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling products to meet sales growth goals.
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on new marketing campaigns and insurance policy processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong ability to listen actively and show empathy to customers.
• Proficiency in digital tools and data management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
