Customer Service Associate III

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to complex insurance inquiries, including policy changes and billing matters
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers and prospective shoppers
• Process customer documentation and clearly explain follow-up requirements
• Input and track customer information accurately into appropriate databases
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling products to meet sales growth goals
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Resolve routine and unique service concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance policies and related processes
• Proficiency in customer data management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
