Customer Service Associate II

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer web orders, monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Provide proactive communication to customers, branches, and vendors regarding order status and reporting
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve routine and complex order-related issues by demonstrating knowledge of company products and policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with the wholesale distribution industry
• Knowledge of security, AV (audio/visual), or low-voltage products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Products
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Familiarity with the P21 (Prophet 21) ERP system
