Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide cashier services using cash registers, POS systems, and credit card terminals
• Welcome and engage with customers to respond to inquiries and provide excellent service
• Maintain store appearance by straightening and restocking racks and shelves
• Manage fitting room returns and ensure items are returned to the proper departments
• Enroll customers in the loyalty program to meet organizational goals
• Assist in other areas of the thrift shoppe or at other locations as necessary
• Support staffing coverage on an as-needed (PRN) basis, including occasional holidays or non-operating hours

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs
• Reliable transportation to the location

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cashier and customer service experience
• Previous experience working in a thrift or consignment shop
