Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Ensure adherence to team performance measures and service standards
  • Multitask effectively to manage concurrent customer enquiries
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide efficient, empathetic solutions
  • Communicate complex or technical information in simple, easy-to-understand language
  • Use provided scripts and templates while applying personal judgment and common sense
  • Participate in service improvement initiatives to identify and resolve customer pain points

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a blended contact center account
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple channels simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customers
  • Ability to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
  • Amenable to temporary employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
