About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Ensure adherence to team performance measures and service standards
- Multitask effectively to manage concurrent customer enquiries
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide efficient, empathetic solutions
- Communicate complex or technical information in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Use provided scripts and templates while applying personal judgment and common sense
- Participate in service improvement initiatives to identify and resolve customer pain points
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a blended contact center account
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple channels simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customers
- Ability to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
- Amenable to temporary employment
Preferred Qualifications
- College graduate
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
