Customer Service Associate - Broker Tax & Trading

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding active trading, portfolio management, and tax questions via phone and email
• Resolve inquiries independently and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments or escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Identify potential areas for improvement and proactively support the enhancement of our services
• Continuously learn and develop expertise regarding our financial products and services

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally with at least one year in banking, FinTech, finance, or insurance
• Strong interest in capital markets, including trading, savings plans, and security transfers
• Willingness to become an expert in German capital gains tax, withholding tax, and corporate actions
• Detail-oriented and conscientious approach to handling complex inquiries
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced digital investment or banking environment
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
