Customer Service Associate - Broker Tax & Trading

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding active trading, portfolio management, and tax questions via phone and email
• Independently process requests and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other specialist departments or escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Proactively identify potential improvements to enhance our service quality
• Continuously educate yourself on our products and evolving financial topics

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles (at least one year in Banking, FinTech, or Insurance is a plus, but motivated career changers are welcome)
• Strong interest in capital markets, including trading, savings plans, and security transfers
• Willingness to become an expert in German capital gains tax, withholding tax, and corporate actions
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
