Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service via chat and phone in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Manage 2-3 simultaneous chat conversations while maintaining high quality
• Consult with Card Members to understand needs and provide tailored, personal solutions
• Build human connections through empathy, active listening, and effective objection handling
• Meet performance goals including customer satisfaction, handling time, and compliance
• Maintain high integrity when handling sensitive customer information

Requirements

• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues on first contact
• Ability to multitask and manage a steady stream of customer interactions
• Resilience to meet various performance metrics in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a chat-based support role
