About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to Alcon customers, sales force, and internal departments by processing incoming orders and transactions
- Manage order activities including EDI, automated orders, and unavailable product reviews
- Handle expedited and time-sensitive shipping requests while adhering to performance KPIs
- Manage inbound and outbound written inquiries and customer interactions
- Support digital transformation by promoting digital tools and services
- Research and analyze dashboards and product information to support decision-making
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to work varied U.S. daytime hours (IST shifts: 5:30 PM–3:30 AM, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM, or 8:00 PM–5:00 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- General technical and analytical competencies
- Experience in higher education environments (university or college)
