About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the app, account management, and payment transactions via phone and email
- Independently process requests and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments or escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
- Identify potential for service improvements and proactively support service optimization
- Continuously learn about new topics and products
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles (career changers welcome)
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Positive communication style and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good German skills (minimum C1)
- Good English skills (minimum B2) in speaking and writing
