Customer Service Associate - Account Services

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding the app, account management, and payment transactions via phone and email
• Independently process requests and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments or escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
• Identify potential for service improvements and proactively support service optimization
• Continuously learn about new topics and products to enhance service quality

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles (career changers are welcome)
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Positive communication style and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1)
• Good English language skills (minimum B2)
