- Provide customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Clarify doubts and provide guidance regarding services, deadlines, and procedures
- Schedule maintenance appointments and manage returns
- Record and track requests, complaints, and customer feedback within the system
- Support problem-solving by coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date records and history of all customer interactions
Requirements
- Experience providing customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Ability to clarify doubts and provide service guidance to clients
- Skills in scheduling maintenance and managing returns
- Proficiency in recording and tracking requests and feedback in a system
