Customer Service Assistant (Saturday Staff)

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the entrance and the first point of contact for customers
• Create a pleasant atmosphere through friendly service
• Answer customer questions in person and via telephone
• Handle administrative tasks such as registering new customers and maintaining customer data
• Accept and process complaints according to company guidelines

Requirements

• Communicative and friendly personality
• Initial professional experience in customer reception or administration
• Good German language skills
• Organizational talent
• Ability to work 10 hours per week on Saturdays
