Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Good organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required
