Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the out-of-home catering industry (RHD). We supply catering professionals with a wide range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process external client and internal calls
  • Respond to client information requests and complaints via email
  • Evaluate and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact
  • Register and process complaints and verify admissibility using AS400
  • Communicate claim status and solutions to clients
  • Analyze problems and coordinate with relevant services for quick resolution
  • Inform clients regarding delivery delays or postponements
  • Manage product recalls by informing clients and coordinating returns or destruction certificates
  • Process credit notes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
