Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the RHD (Out-of-Home Catering) sector. We supply catering professionals with a wide range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process external client and internal calls
- Respond to client information requests and complaints via email
- Evaluate and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact
- Register and process complaints and verify admissibility using AS400
- Communicate claim status and solutions to clients
- Analyze problems and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution
- Inform clients regarding delivery delays or postponements
- Manage product withdrawals, including client information and collection of destruction certificates
- Process credit notes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in after-sales service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
