Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage storefront service quality to meet established standards
- Manage staff scheduling, leaves, and backup shift planning
- Handle and resolve complex customer complaints escalated by branch staff
- Conduct monthly on-site branch audits to inspect readiness and service behavior
- Assess service quality through coaching and performance evaluation
- Develop service scripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Compile weekly performance and KPI reports including CSAT and QA scores
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Retail, Counter Service, or Front-end Customer Service
- Experience managing multi-location teams or a branch network is highly preferred
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Proven track record of handling difficult customers
- Ability to travel to various branch locations as scheduled
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
