About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and support sales activities to achieve center objectives
- Perform cashier duties and conduct daily cash reconciliations (arqueos)
- Collaborate in the development of promotions and customer communications
- Support the center team in reaching sales targets
- Assist in the management of different sections, reporting incidents and critical points
Requirements
- Professional training (Formación profesional)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar customer service or retail roles
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence
- Proactivity and initiative to resolve problems effectively
- Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule in rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Monday to Sunday)
