Responsibilities
- Welcome the community into the facility with a warm and friendly greeting
- Build knowledge of Guildford Spectrum services to assist users
- Interact with a wide range of centre users
- Deliver catering services from the combined reception café area
- Promote services and sell various products offered by Freedom Leisure
Requirements
- Experience serving customers in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to promote services and sell products
- Skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately
- High level of professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
