About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respect gaming regulations and current procedures
  • Provide high-quality service to slot machine customers, including beverage service for the "Carré VIP" loyalty program
  • Promote, retain, and inform customers about various commercial operations
  • Advise and inform customers on the operation of slot machines
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (jams, testing, etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and strong sense of hospitality
  • Ability to maintain neutrality and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment requiring flexibility
  • Availability for rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Beginner profiles accepted
