About the role
Responsibilities
- Respect gaming regulations and current procedures
- Provide high-quality service to slot machine customers, including beverage service for the "Carré VIP" loyalty program
- Promote, retain, and inform customers about various commercial operations
- Advise and inform customers on the operation of slot machines
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (jams, testing, etc.)
Requirements
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and strong sense of hospitality
- Ability to maintain neutrality and discretion
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment requiring flexibility
- Availability for rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Beginner profiles accepted
