About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service for customers
- Acquire, retain, and inform the clientele
- Participate in on-site commercial operations
- Advise and inform customers on the operation of slot machines
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (blockages, tests, etc.)
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers with a positive attitude
- Successful first experience in commerce
- Autonomy and rigor
- Dynamism and team spirit
- Strong sensitivity to customer relations and product quality
- Good presentation and availability
