Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Respect gaming regulations and current procedures
• Ensure impeccable service quality for customers
• Acquire, retain, and inform customers while participating in on-site commercial operations
• Inform and advise customers on the operation of slot machines
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (blockages, testing, etc.)

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bac level)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Must be of legal age
• Must be a French or EU national
• Must be registered on electoral lists
• Must have a clean criminal record (less than two months old)
