Customer Service Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to colleagues within the Customer Service and Policy Support Department
• Assist in delivering excellent service to customers
• Learn the fundamentals of how credit insurance works and its role in the wider business
• Engage with customers to help build fulfilling, long-term professional relationships
• Complete a fully funded Level 3 Business Administration qualification

Requirements

• A Level qualified
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Minimum of 5 GCSE passes, including Maths and English
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team
• A strong desire to exceed customer expectations and learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not essential
