About the role

Responsibilities

  • Request documents for new customer registration and follow up with the controllership department
  • Coordinate collections and contact carriers for freight and problem resolution
  • Complete merchandise return forms and manage internal approvals
  • Handle overdue invoices for demonstrations and other shipments
  • Consult customer portals for order verification and quotes
  • Issue invoices and provide customer service
  • Support sales analysts and assist in organizing/updating CRM data
  • Manage general filing and sample shipments via mail

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle (prospecting, negotiation, closing)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of sales support processes such as logistics and billing
