Customer Service and Exit Booth Agent

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents and driver's licenses
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles and managing exchanges
• Offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes
• Finalize rental agreements, explain charges, and provide accurate receipts
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels
• Maintain a clean workstation and ensure personal belongings are removed from returned vehicles

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak languages other than English
