About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service, complaints, and service issues related to products purchased in the store
- Initiate quality inspections and manage warranty certificates and claims
- Manage quality objections and product repairs
- Prepare daily and weekly summaries and reports
- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the work schedule of the team
- Ensure the proper operation of the checkout area
- Perform digital uploads of daily settlements
- Manage price complaints, item write-offs, and large-scale/delivery invoicing
Requirements
- At least a secondary school education
- Reliability and conflict management skills
- Organizational skills and ability to coordinate parallel processes
- Accurate and careful analytical and decision-making skills
