About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and review client requests via email and manage follow-up communications
- Contact former employees via telephone to coordinate documentation and appointments
- Validate received documentation and ensure all required signatures and legends are present
- Maintain and update tracking layouts and client databases to ensure information integrity
- Manage the assembly and shipment of physical files to clients via courier
- Provide operational and analytical support for consulting projects, including data analysis and deliverable preparation
- Coordinate the delivery of survey results to clients and prospects, ensuring high communication quality
- Perform administrative and financial follow-ups for area projects, including billing control
Requirements
- University degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred (1-2 years) but not required
