About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review client requests via email and manage follow-up communications
  • Contact former employees via telephone to coordinate documentation and appointments
  • Validate received documentation and ensure all required signatures and legends are present
  • Maintain and update tracking layouts and client databases to ensure information integrity
  • Manage the assembly and shipment of physical files to clients via courier
  • Provide operational and analytical support for consulting projects, including data analysis and deliverable preparation
  • Coordinate the delivery of survey results to clients and prospects, ensuring high communication quality
  • Perform administrative and financial follow-ups for area projects, including billing control

Requirements

  • University degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred (1-2 years) but not required
