About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by answering inquiries, clarifying doubts, and registering requests, complaints, and technical tickets
- Manage the issuance and processing of product and equipment orders
- Interface with internal and external departments to expedite customer requests and needs
- Create and update departmental performance indicators through management reports and dashboards
- Drive service improvements by implementing process enhancements in customer service workflows
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Proven experience in external customer service, preferably within a Customer Service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle urgent tasks with high resoluteness and efficiency
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including practical experience with spreadsheets, formulas, and indicator development
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Pinheiros region, São Paulo
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience using Power BI
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
