Customer Service Analyst - Support - Foreign Languages

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers by resolving non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic means.
• Troubleshoot technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers to facilitate strong relationships with the Support organization.
• Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees regarding diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
• Serve as a dedicated advocate for customer needs within the Support organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry or technical support.
• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
• Foundational knowledge of databases and operating systems.
• Strong internet troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Micros Products.
