About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workplace Solutions, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide timely, high-quality responses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Payments, IT, and Product Design to resolve client queries.
  • Adapt communication tone to meet individual customer needs and create memorable experiences.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within the Service Desk function to add business value.
  • Manage challenging conversations and client complaints professionally.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone and email etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively.
  • High degree of discretion and professional judgment.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of technical skill within the field of expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Arabic, or others.
