About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone at 1st and 2nd level response
- Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams
- Interact with internal departments such as Operations, Payments, Settlement, and IT to resolve client queries
- Maintain contact with customers throughout the entire ticket life cycle
- Provide ad-hoc training to users and contribute to Knowledge base articles
- Identify and recommend improvements within the Service Desk function to add business value
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian for telephone and email communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- High degree of discretion and professional judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network within a corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within Financial Services or the Software industry
- Fluency in Czech
- Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, Polish, or Arabic
- Experience working with Contact Center solutions
