Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve the rental experience
• Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage and ensure customers have all personal belongings
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and move them to correct locations
• Support business needs by working in various weather conditions and performing additional tasks as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Ability to speak multiple languages
